Your vehicle will be traveling exclusively for you, direct to your destination without any unwanted stops.
Your transfer schedule will be tailored to match your specific needs. The driver will pick you up and drop you off where-ever and when-ever it suits you. Golf clubs, surfboards, bike boxes, etc. = no problem!
WE PROVIDE BABY SEATS AND/OR BOOSTERS AS REQUIRED – NO CHARGE!
Each booking is a private service. We do not pickup other customers.
We will be tracking your flight and will greet you as you arrive. If we are picking you up from a private residence or accommodation we will text you when we have arrived. We will also text you the day before as a courtesy, to let you know we are all set for your upcoming transfer.
You can either pay by credit card or direct transfer. We accept all major credit cards including American Express.
Payment is due before your transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY – FLIGHT RELATED
We understand that flights can be delayed and canceled. In the case of a canceled flight, our policy is to give a full refund if you notify us before the original flight departure time. If you are delayed, we will do our very best to pick you up as soon as possible. So far we have never been unable to pick up our customers. Worst case scenario is you may have to wait if we have another booking at the time of your delayed flight arrival. If we are unable to get to you in a reasonable amount of time due to flight delays or cancellations, we will give a full refund.
CANCELLATION FOR OTHER REASONS
Cancellation for reasons other than flight changes, will require 24 hours notice be given to receive a full refund less an administration fee. If less than 24 hrs notice is given, it will be at the discretion of the management whether a refund or part refund is appropriate.
All our infant car seats and boosters in excellent condition and most are less than 2 years old. The are washed regularly to make sure they are very hygienic. We ask that customers avoid giving food to children using the seats to keep the seats clean.
